Tukora Dental processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Information Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (Infotv.).

We use the following principles in our data management:

• Purpose limitation - we only collect data for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes
• Data economy - we only process the data we need
• Accuracy - we keep the data up to date
• Limited storage - data is kept only for as long as necessary
• Integrity and confidentiality - appropriate security measures are in place

3Scope of personal data processed

When booking an appointment and contacting:

• Full name
• E-mail address
• Phone number
• Message content / type of treatment requested

During dental care (health data):

• Name, date of birth, address
• Social security number (if relevant)
• Medical history, dental anamnesis
• Treatments, diagnoses, prescriptions
• X-rays, other examination findings

Health data are considered sensitive personal data and are processed only to the extent necessary for the provision of health care.

4Purpose and legal basis for processing

Contact form / callback request:

• Purpose: to answer the enquiry of the interested party, to arrange an appointment
• Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)
• Retention period: 1 year from the end of the contact

Dental care:

• Purpose: to provide health care, to document
• Legal basis: data processing necessary for healthcare (Article 9 (2) (h) GDPR); Act XLVII of 1997 on the processing of personal data concerning health and related matters
• Retention time: from the end of treatment 30 years (mandatory legal requirement)

Online booking (Salonic system):

• Purpose: booking and managing appointments
• Legal basis: consent of the data subject, performance of a contractual obligation
• The data is processed by Salonic, which has its own privacy notice

5Data transmission, data processors

Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except in the following cases:

• Legal obligation: when requested by authorities, courts
• Salonic: online appointment booking system - manages booking data
• Shared space provider: to the extent necessary for the operation of the website

Data processors are not authorised to use the data on their own, but may only act on the instructions of the controller.

6Rights of the data subject

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access: request information about the data we process about you
• Right of rectification: request the correction of inaccurate data
• Right to delete: request the deletion of your data (except where there is a legal obligation to retain it)
• Right of restriction: request restriction of processing in certain cases

• Right to data portability: request that your data be provided in machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent: withdraw your consent at any time for processing based on consent
